  1. The signed flood notices must be supplied at or before execution under 92.0135. Answer the landlord's actual knowledge, including flooding during the previous five years. Source
  2. The 30-day deposit rule in 92.103 is read with the forwarding-address condition in 92.107. Normal wear and tear cannot be deducted under 92.104. Source
